Responsibilities
Assist the field team with daily site operations and coordination
Monitor project progress and help maintain schedules
Support site safety efforts and participate in safety meetings
Help track materials, deliveries, and subcontractor activities
Participate in quality control inspections and documentation
Attend project meetings and assist with reporting and communication
Perform other duties as assigned to support the project team
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related program
Strong interest in field operations and hands-on construction experience
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work outdoors and on active construction sites
Basic understanding of construction drawings and terminology is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Procore or similar platforms is a bonus
