Assist in preparing quantity takeoffs and cost estimates
Support the development of bid packages and proposals
Help review project plans, specifications, and schedules
Participate in subcontractor outreach and bid analysis
Attend preconstruction meetings and assist with documentation
Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and design teams
Perform data entry and maintain organized project files
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program
Strong interest in construction, architecture, or engineering
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with estimating software is a plus
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
