The Chief of Staff, Product Management will partner with the Core OCI Platform leadership to drive operational excellence and manage strategic product priorities while leading cross-organizational coordination and optimizing business processes.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate cross-organizational Rhythm of Business (RoB) workstreams, including OKR tracking, budget management, procurement processes, and workforce planning

Oversee multiple complex, global program initiatives, ensuring effective prioritization, resource allocation, and execution within defined timelines

Define, implement, and refine operational KPIs to measure organizational health, product execution, and strategic outcomes

Drive data-driven reporting and business reviews, ensuring leadership has clear visibility into progress, risks, and impact

Architect and enhance core business processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and compliance

Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline execution across teams

Drive core operational activities, including workforce planning, efficiency tracking, capacity management, and executive reporting on KPIs and OKRs

Manage cross-functional dependencies and ensure seamless collaboration between product, engineering, and business operations teams

Partner with product management leadership to develop, communicate, and operationalize product and organizational strategies

Balance long-term priorities with short-term deliverables to achieve measurable business outcomes

Facilitate clear, concise communication across teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities

Build strong relationships across OCI and broader Oracle teams to coordinate initiatives and share best practices

Create high-quality reports, dashboards, and executive presentations that synthesize complex information into actionable insights

Provide strategic recommendations and risk assessments to guide leadership decision-making

Maintain a bias for action, iterating on processes and tools to adapt to evolving business needs

Foster a culture of operational discipline and continuous improvement
