Responsibilities

Serve as the primary leadership interface between stakeholders, local Release Managers, and governance bodies

Design, implement, and scale an enterprise-wide release management framework based on ITIL best practices

Establish and manage the centralized, integrated release calendar across the portfolio

Lead conflict management and prioritization processes for competing release timelines and resources

Oversee governance, standards, and process adoption across business units

Ensure release management alignment with Cloud and Colocation migration objectives

Coordinate enterprise-level interface testing and manage dependencies across programs

Provide executive-level reporting including monthly release and conflict reports

Influence policy updates to support the release management model

Act as a change champion to build buy-in and adoption across diverse technical and business stakeholders
