The Controls Project Manager will be responsible for proposing the correct equipment for electrical applications in the water and wastewater industry, preparing cost estimates, quotes, and serving as a liaison with customers to ensure their needs are met.

Responsibilities

Propose the correct equipment for each electrical application as required for the water and wastewater industry

Day-to-day activity will consist of electrical equipment selections, reviewing plans and specifications, preparing cost estimates, quotes, and take-offs

Gathering and creating proposals, scopes, drawings/plans, specifications, and related documents

Act as a liaison with customers and create a positive relationship with each customer and respond to their requests/needs in a timely manner

Work effectively and accurately, often under pressure, and set (and change) priorities based upon workload and deadlines

Internet-based research skills

Proficient and well versed with Microsoft Office, PDF Platforms, CAD Software (this is a bonus), and other day to day computer skills

Work experience in a related field

Understanding of construction processes

Proficiency in MS Office

Trade School – Mechanical or Electrical

Associates Degree in a related field of Accounting, Applied Science, or Engineering
