Casca is building AGI for banking, aiming to replace legacy systems with AI-native technology. As the founding Product Manager, you will lead the end-to-end product development and collaborate with teams to create innovative solutions that transform banking operations.

Responsibilities

Lead End-to-End Product Development

Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to release, ensuring alignment with Casca’s strategic goals

Define clear product roadmaps based on stakeholder input and user feedback

Drive product development with subject matter experts and designer partners

Lead feature release management & user training materials

Champion user-centric design by ensuring products are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet the highest quality standards

Translate complex AI capabilities into simple, transparent user experiences that delight customers

Drive the product vision and strategy by thinking outside the box to deliver AI-native solutions that set new industry standards

Continuously explore emerging technologies and industry trends to keep Casca ahead of the curve

Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver a best-in-class product experience

Facilitate effective communication and coordination across teams to ensure timely and successful product launches

Required

4+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Lead in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment, preferably delivered customer-facing AI technology or financial service products

Degree in Computer Science or experience as an engineer preferred

Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and/or financial services is highly desirable

Demonstrated ability to think creatively, innovate, and challenge the status quo to develop unique, differentiated products

Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across diverse teams

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making

Ability to manage multiple priorities, pivot quickly, and thrive in a dynamic startup environment
