Responsibilities
Manage and support a team of talented Electrical Engineers working on designs that continually push the boundaries of technology and shape the iPhone user experience
Design and integrate custom hardware into constrained systems
Work daily with multi-functional technology teams in a fast-paced environment
Travel internationally as need arises
Qualification
Required
BS Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent
6+ years of industry experience
Experience in leading a team of engineers and support their day-to-day activities
Strong EE fundamentals including analog and high speed digital design
Broad experience across different applications and technologies
Ability to analyze solutions and make system design trade-offs
Ability to dive deep into system level issues and drive solutions in a multi-functional environment
Experience with schematic capture and rigid/flexible PCB layout
Preferred
2+ years of lead or management experience
Design of complex system architectures
Desire to be a visible project leader and decision maker
Familiar with development process from early architecture through to production
Experience in prototype design and validation of custom silicon
Hands on experience with lab test equipment to debug difficult/intermittent hardware issues
Strong fundamentals in Signal and Power Integrity
Understanding of low voltage power regulation and delivery
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
