3+ years of experience in engineering design
Excellent skill in use of current versions of Microstation and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) skill
Sound technical design background
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Great client service capability is a must
Technical specializations and proactivity
Preferred
Related local experience preferred
M.S. is a strong plus
DOT & municipal experience a plus
