Routine and emergency home maintenance and repairs
Diagnose and solve problems related to systems, appliances, structures
Fine finish carpentry and millwork installation and repairs
Kitchen up-fits, cabinet doors, drawer slides, specialty hinges
Bathroom remodels, install vanities, cabinets and finish work
Provide exemplary customer service
Qualification
Required
A thorough understanding of residential maintenance and home repair
Solid finish carpentry skills and millwork installation techniques
Moderate level of electrical, plumbing and HVAC knowledge
Cosmetic / touch up painting skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance
