Cash Management: Oversee daily cash positioning and forecasting to optimize cash balances

Manage bank relationships and negotiate optimal terms

Implement and maintain efficient cash forecasting models

Monitor and reconcile bank accounts

Investments: Manage the company’s investment portfolio, including fixed income and short-term investments

Conduct investment analysis and risk assessments

Ensure compliance with investment policies and regulations

Treasury Operations: Process wire transfers, ACH payments, and other treasury transactions

Manage foreign exchange transactions

Monitor and reconcile intercompany loans and transfers

Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports related to treasury activities

Assist with the preparation of financial statements and regulatory filings

Analyze financial data and provide insights to management

Risk Management: Identify and assess treasury risks, such as liquidity, interest rate, and foreign exchange risks

Implement risk mitigation strategies and controls
