Responsibilities
Assist with the installation and maintenance of SAP systems and the associated middleware components
Implement corrections, plan release upgrades, and take care of installations, updates and patches
Qualification
Required
Successfully completed vocational training or an academic degree
At least 2 years of practical experience in SAP Basis consulting or SAP Basis support
Experience in supporting customers or specialist departments in SAP Basis operations, administration, support and monitoring
Ability to develop trust-based and collaborative working relationships when advising customers
Rigid and structured approach to problem identification, analysis and resolution
Team spirit, ability to work under pressure, and flexibility to react quickly to new requirements
Very good English language skills
Ability to work independently and results-oriented
Preferred
German language skills (as a plus)
