They are seeking a dynamic individual to join as the Director of Legal Operations, responsible for overseeing legal operations, managing departmental efficiencies, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities
Supervise Workflow: Oversee the workflow of legal and non-legal team members, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and excellence in service delivery
Department Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of the intake, pre-litigation, and litigation departments, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) and firm goals
Efficiency Enhancement: Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline legal operations, identifying and implementing technology solutions for improved efficiency
Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, overseeing financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Human Resources: Manage HR activities, from recruitment, onboarding, training to performance evaluations, fostering a positive work environment, and developing close relationships with clients and internal teams
Strategic Growth: Work directly with the CEO on strategic growth planning, presenting solutions, managing initiatives, and ensuring the firm hits desired profit margins
Financial Management: Oversee financial goals, manage case settlements, and ensure consistent cash flow, with a focus on achieving and exceeding profit margins
Initiative Implementation: Implement firm-wide initiatives, manage and implement projects, and contribute to the overall vision and growth of the firm
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in legal operations management or related field
Experience in growing and scaling plaintiff's personal injury firms or contingency fee based business models
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Expertise in budgeting, financial management, and human resources
Ability to implement efficient processes and identify technology solutions
Client-centric mindset with a commitment to achieving exceptional results and world class client experience
Proven experience as a Legal Operations Manager, Director of Legal Operations or similar role
Strong knowledge of legal operations, technology and process improvement, preferably in the personal injury space
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements
Experience with legal technology and software
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Legal Studies or related field
Preferred
Familiarity with personal injury law and scaling personal injury businesses a plus
Experience with working with Case Peer as CRM or other industry wide case management software
