Intern/Co-op, Business Development Summer 2025
RepRally is a fast growing Series-A technology startup based in New York City, focused on building the ecosystem for wholesale commerce. They are seeking a motivated Business Development Intern to support their sales expansion efforts, assisting in onboarding new sales reps and launching initiatives in key markets.

Responsibilities
Assist with onboarding and training new field sales representatives
Support market expansion efforts by helping coordinate sales strategies and outreach initiatives
Work closely with sales leadership to track key performance metrics and provide data-driven insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes and training materials
Conduct outbound calls to engage with sales reps and assist with lead generation strategies
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong communication skills and a passion for sales and business development
Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Previous internship or sales experience is a plus, but not required
