Business Development Manager
DeepAware AI (YC S25) is building secure, efficient, and autonomous infrastructure for the AI era. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth by forging partnerships with data center operators and other key players in the AI infrastructure ecosystem, leading pilot deployments, and closing strategic deals to scale the company's market presence globally.

Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and qualify potential data center customers and ecosystem partners
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and initial outreach to negotiation and closing
Work closely with the product team to align solutions with customer needs and operational goals
Represent DeepAware at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand brand awareness
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to accelerate adoption of our DCIM and robotics solutions
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in B2B sales or partnerships, ideally within data centers, AI infrastructure, or energy technology
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Ability to work independently in a startup environment and take ownership of outcomes
Preferred
Global business development experience strongly preferred
Existing network of contacts in the data center or AI infrastructure industries
Experience selling technical products that involve AI, ML, or industrial automation
Familiarity with sustainability, energy efficiency, or carbon reduction solutions
