Responsibilities

Lead preparation of financial statements and disclosures in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements (10-Q, 10-K, S-1)
Support IPO readiness activities, including drafting and reviewing S-1 filings, audit coordination, and control enhancements
Partner with external auditors to ensure clean audits and timely filings
Develop and maintain internal reporting packages for PE sponsors and executive leadership
Assist with research and recommend changes in accounting for new literature related to US GAAP, SOX, or SEC compliance
Evaluate and enhance accounting processes for efficiency and compliance
Fulfill the business partnership role for financial reporting, with a focus on profit and process improvement, providing support to the management team and cross-functional and cross-divisional business partners

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Strong accounting (GAAP) skills
Proficiency in MS Excel
3+ years of accounting experience

Preferred

Masters of Accountancy
Public accounting experience is strongly preferred
CPA or working towards CPA licensing
Experience with SEC reporting requirements
