Responsibilities

Effectively craft internal corporate communications campaigns that engage key audiences and accomplish relevant business imperatives

Plan, write, and edit content for internal communications mediums, including but not limited to intranet, internal newsletters, and podcast

Monitor and measure communication effectiveness, adjusting strategies based on feedback

Collaborate with colleagues cross-functionally to develop effective collateral and maximize campaign impact

Work with internal stakeholders to effectively accomplish business imperatives, foster employee engagement, and strengthen company culture

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years of related experience in communications in a corporate, in-house, or agency settings

Strong writing, editing, and project management skills

Ability to partner with multiple stakeholders, strategically determining priorities and applying business acumen to accomplish business goals

Experience developing and maintaining intranet platforms, including content and engagement strategy

Experience gathering and analyzing data to measure performance against objectives and optimize content

Preferred

Experience developing multimedia content

Experience leveraging mobile application and emergency notification platforms
