They are seeking a Senior Financial Navigation and Training Analyst who will serve as a trainer and quality assurance analyst for the Patient Financial Navigation Program, providing guidance and support to team members while managing workflow and identifying process improvements.

Responsibilities
Acts as the first point of contact for team members and provides guidance, training, and support as needed
Coordinates and reassigns work assignments as well as manages the responsibilities of estimating related work queues
Identifies process and/or workflow issues and keeps track of issues, discusses them with the team, and brainstorms possible solutions to present to the Manager
Qualification
Required
5-7 years' experience in healthcare revenue cycle registration, health insurance, patient financial responsibility and point of service collections, working specifically with health insurance plans
Advanced knowledge of medical terminology, diagnoses and procedural codes
Comprehensive understanding of medical insurance plans, products, coverage and plan-specific benefits, along with associated Patient Out-of-Pocket financial liability
Proven ability to provide service excellence to patients and work effectively with all levels of management, physicians, clinicians and payers
Bachelor's degree or 5-7 years' experience in healthcare
Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task using multiple information systems
Ability to analyze and trend financial business data
Excellent oral and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to articulate relevant information and directions in an organized and concise manner
Proficiency in use of MS Office Word and Excel
A motivated, decisive, self-starter and problem solver, with excellent time management
Preferred
Experience with EPIC system preferred
