Markets Quantitative Research and Chief Data Office Business Manager - Vice President

Responsibilities

Implement new business strategy, strategic initiatives or platforms, including aligning the business and support groups (including Tech, Controls, central data and analytics-related teams)
Support the day-to-day running of the organization including headcount and expense management
Partner with Quantitative Research Trading, Sales and Technology in the definition of future workflows and implementation of related technology and infrastructure projects to prepare the business to meet the requirements of an ever evolving market structure
Provide business representation in respective internal/external working groups and serve as a key point of contact on a Markets data-related initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree
Prior background in Capital Markets, with Project Management, Product Management, Business Management or COO experience
Good understanding of and/or keen interest in Markets products (FX, Credit, Rates, Equities) and data, analytics and AI/ML trends
Energetic, dynamic, and highly motivated self-starter
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Strong presentation skills for senior and global business heads
Ability to forge strong internal relationships across functions
Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work independently
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large data sets, using Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau
Excellent project management and organizational skills, and attention to detail
