Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain complex ETL pipelines using tools like Informatica, DataStage, or DBT, and adapt them as business requirements evolve
Map source data to warehouse models, perform data quality checks, and resolve data issues early in the development cycle
Troubleshoot issues, manage code deployments, and provide rotational on-call support to maintain stable, high-performing systems
Contribute to dimensional and relational data modeling, source-to-target mappings, and performance tuning
Partner with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet operational and strategic needs

Required

7+ years in data engineering, including ETL tools (Informatica, DataStage, DBT, etc.)
5+ years SQL programming
5+ years Python or Shell scripting
5+ years developing or deploying cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud preferred)
Strong background in data modeling, data warehousing, and performance tuning
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field with 5+ years of experience in an enterprise level environment
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation

Preferred

Experience in the insurance industry is helpful but not required
