Responsibilities

Assist residents with their personal and 2Life-owned electronic devices such as Chromebooks, laptops, desktops, tablets, smartphones, and Fitbits

Provide technical support and assistance to residents in: using devices, performing various tasks on these devices, connecting devices to the internet, troubleshooting devices at a basic level, configuring new devices

Document services and resident attendance and requests

Maintain standards of resident confidentiality in all work

Other duties as assigned

Required

Fluent in English

Extensive knowledge of Windows Operating System and MS Office Suite

Working knowledge of Google Workspace

Knowledge of relevant internet platforms, including Zoom, What's App, Facebook, YouTube, Google, and email

Knowledge of pertinent hardware including, but not limited to, laptops, desktops, tablets, smartphones, and printers

Excellent communication skills

Must have patience and creativity in working with older adult learners

Preferred

Knowledge of Russian
