Responsibilities
Perform the engineering design and production of roadway projects for public agencies, including the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT), Maricopa County (MCDOT), and others. ADOT experience is preferred
Maintain quality control of the work products and successfully complete projects on time and within budget
Collaborate with professional engineers within B&N’s Arizona operations and across the firm
Create an exemplary client experience throughout project delivery
Represent B&N in meetings and professional organizations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited engineering program required
PE registration in the State of Arizona required or the ability to obtain through reciprocity
Minimum 8 years of related experience
Proven project delivery with strong interpersonal communication skills
Self-motivated and adaptable to evolving client, project, and industry needs
Ability to work remotely based on business operations and the needs of the firm
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Proficiency with design software packages (i.e. OpenRoads, Civil3D) expected for work with Arizona public agencies
Preferred
ADOT experience is preferred
