Responsibilities

2+ years of experience in civil litigation
Preferred experience with FEHA, agency complaint, wage & hour and other employment matters
Involved in discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation
License to practice in CA
Flexible hybrid schedule
Low turnover, collegial and collaborative environment
Direct client interaction and significant responsibility on complex and sophisticated legal matters
Mentorship, training and development programs for associates
Competitive compensation and several bonus programs

Qualification

Required

2+ years of experience in civil litigation
Involved in discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation
Juris doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school
License to practice in CA
