Handle a wide range of litigation matters involving cutting-edge topics and sophisticated, interesting clients

Join a diverse practice group that focuses on employment law issues, including single plaintiff FEHA matters, wage & hour matters, PAGA claims and class action work

Demonstrate outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills

Be part of a busy national practice

Assume responsibility for matters

Possess the interpersonal and communication skills to work well as part of a large, collaborative team

Required

2+ years of litigation experience

Candidates should demonstrate outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills, as well as strong academic credentials

The ideal candidate will also be highly motivated to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrate initiative, assume responsibility for matters (commensurate with level of experience), and possess the interpersonal and communication skills to work well as part of a large, collaborative team

Candidates must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in California

Preferred

Labor and employment litigation experience is preferred; however other civil litigation experience is also welcome

Wage & hour and PAGA experience is also a plus
