Responsibilities
Assist Senior Project Managers in developing and managing schedules, budgets, and resources for modular delivery projects
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution
Oversee and manage MEP installations, including coordination and shop drawings
Gain hands-on experience with modular building processes, including fabrication, transportation, and installation
Lead project kickoff meetings and provide guidance to project teams
Conduct site surveys, cost studies, and budget forecasting, ensuring financial accuracy
Identify opportunities for cost-saving measures, quality improvements, and best practices implementation
Maintain regular communication with project teams and provide updates on progress
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Collaborate with preconstruction teams on estimates using software such as Accubid
Ensure timely completion of punch-list items, as-built drawings, and training material accessibility
Manage permitting, licensing, and inspections to meet project timelines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred) with 5+ years of MEP or modular construction experience, or a Master's degree in Construction Management or Engineering with 3+ years of relevant experience
Related Construction experience with five years' working for an electrical or construction contractor
Experience working on construction projects ranging from $500,000 to $10M
Experience working with contract drawings, subcontracts, contract addendums, specifications, change orders, RFIs, submittals
Experience with CPM Scheduling
Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints and drawings on projects
Must have strong interpersonal and writing skills and be a problem owner/solver
Proven ability to effectively plan and organize one's own activities or the activities of others
Proficiency with Computers including MS Office, Blue Beam, and PDF
Preferred
Accubid Estimating (Or equivalent) directly related to Electrical Installations
Primavera P6 CPM Scheduling Experience and proficiency (or equivalent)
Ability and Willingness to Travel to project locations as needed
