Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and manage Palo Alto VPN solutions
Configure and optimize Prisma Access for secure remote connectivity
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve VPN and Prisma Access performance issues
Create and maintain detailed documentation for designs, configurations, and procedures
Generate reports on incidents, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies
Leverage AIOps tools for predictive analysis, anomaly detection, and network optimization
Apply PCNSA best practices to improve operational efficiency
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Arista routers and EOS-based environments
Utilize Arista DMF (DANZ Monitoring Fabric) for network visibility and traffic analysis
Diagnose and resolve connectivity and security issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve network performance
Understand and secure SCADA and Industrial Control Systems
Assist with integrating OT security solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on network security
Expertise in Palo Alto technologies, including Prisma Access
Strong experience with Arista routers, EOS, and DMF
Knowledge of SCADA/ICS systems and their security needs
Exceptional documentation, analysis, and communication skills
Preferred
PCNSA (Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator)
ACE-A (Arista Certified Engineering Associate)
CISSP
CISM
