Responsibilities
Prepare accurate and detailed project estimates for commercial roofing projects
Conduct site assessments to verify conditions and develop comprehensive scopes of work
Collaborate with sales professionals to provide technical guidance and support during client meetings and bid presentations
Review specifications, drawings, and related documents to ensure compliance with project requirements
Maintain current knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation practices
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and vendors
Qualification
Required
Experience estimating commercial or industrial roofing projects
Proficiency in industry-standard estimating software
Strong understanding of various roofing systems and applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
