Responsibilities
Develop, release, and run large-scale web applications that empower beauty and wellness businesses to operate and grow
Build new AI features for our customers
Develop and define our microservice-based infrastructure
Build tools and solutions that enable internal teams to work faster, more effectively, with more confidence, and improve the value they can provide our users (Business Scalability team)
Work on core experiences such as making payments friction-free for clients and customers, building tools to help customers earn more per hour, or enabling businesses to effortlessly grow and manage their teams
Focus on front-end development, crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences for our web and mobile applications
Improve performance, reliability, scalability, and security for our backend systems
Qualification
Required
2+ years of professional experience in software development
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
A strong desire to move fast and have a significant impact
An entrepreneurial mindset, eager to take ownership and contribute new ideas to solve challenging problems
Ability to analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources
Demonstrates strong collaboration skills and team spirit
