Responsibilities
Maintain construction project records
Interface with the Resident Engineer and senior inspection staff on contract change orders, item payments, and material testing
Attend project meetings and assist in preparing meeting reports
Assist in the preparation of monthly progress reports and maintain project logs
Review daily inspection reports and quantity computations
Assist in determining schedule and budget requirements
Assign tasks and coordinate work with entry-level engineers, technicians, or administrative staff
Qualification
Required
4+ years of related experience, previous experience as an Office Engineer
Experience with Construction Management, Scheduling, and Document Management software(s)
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
OSHA Safety Training
Excellent communication skills
Valid driver's license to fulfill the essential functions of the position
