Qualification
Required
High School Graduate
Experience in quality assurance inspections
Ability to communicate defects for resolution and process improvement
Experience in providing training and technical expertise
Knowledge of general maintenance of buildings
Experience in installing, repairing, and monitoring various systems and system components
Experience in performing preventive maintenance
Ability to instruct personnel
Ability to assume the role of Building Facility Manager in their absence
