Client Customer Success Strategist
Henry AI is a fast-growing startup transforming the commercial real estate industry by automating the creation of deal materials using generative AI. They are seeking a Client Customer Success Strategist to design and implement strategies that enhance customer engagement, retention, and growth while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Map the end-to-end client journey, from onboarding to expansion, and spot ways to improve adoption, retention, and advocacy
Take care of our existing customers and obsess over customer experience
Build out our customer support function and hiring strategy and scale for high-growth trajectory
Develop data-backed engagement strategies and playbooks for our Customer Success Managers and Account teams
Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales to align roadmaps with client needs
Build and track key metrics (NRR, health scores, NPS) to measure impact and adjust quickly
Lead strategic account reviews and help shape client expansion strategies
Qualification
Required
2-4 years in Customer Success, Strategy, or Consulting (startup or high-growth experience is a must)
Background at a top-tier consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Monitor Deloitte, Strategy&, EY-Parthenon, Accenture Strategy) or similar strategic role
Strong mix of analytical and relationship-building skills
Experience turning insights into action, and action into measurable results
Comfortable in a fast-changing environment with a bias toward action
Ability to commit to 5-days a week in our SoHo office
