**Youth *Advocate* Programs, Inc.** is seeking part-time Advocates to serve youth and families in New Castle County. The Advocate will be responsible for initiating, organizing, planning, developing, and implementing direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families using a strength-based approach.

Initiate, organize, plan, develop and implement direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources
Experience working with at-risk youth
Proficiency in computer skills; experience using an electronic health record (EHR) is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage. (must be able to provide an Auto Declaration document)
Preferred
Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus
