Required

At least 14 years of professional experience in water treatment, wastewater treatment, or water/reuse treatment
Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering
Professional Engineer licensure in Texas (or the ability to obtain)
Firm understanding of engineering and treatment process fundamentals
Strong communicator with leadership skills
Ability to collaboratively plan, problem-solve, and follow through on projects
