Responsibilities
Lead a software development team focused on generative AI use cases
Manage the Software lifecycle for products. This includes the management of new customer requirements and features in applications that utilize generative AI. Maintain existing generative AI code bases and investigate problem areas
Communicate solutions to stakeholders (internal/external customers, upper-level management, etc.) by providing presentations and documentation
Work in cross-functional teams throughout our organization
Employee management
Designs, develops, and troubleshoots software programs that utilize generative AI. Can independently build applications that interfaces with generative AI models
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer science, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or related field with 7+ years of industry experience and 6 – 8 years of management experience
At least 5 years of experience leading a software development team
At least 10 years of semiconductor equipment experience
Understanding of prompt engineering, usage of vector databases in combination with large language models
Knowledge of object-oriented software implementation and design, e.g.: design patterns and finite state machines
Analytical approach to root cause analysis
Preferred
Knowledge of LangChain/LangGraph preferred
Advanced degree preferred
