Partner closely with high-performing finance and accounting professionals to identify the right career opportunities and build long-term relationships

Work directly with the Managing Partners to understand their talent needs and deliver customized recruiting solutions

Drive the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and vetting to helping with offer negotiation

Leverage your industry expertise to assess candidates' technical skills, leadership potential, and cultural fit

Stay ahead of market trends and position yourself as a go-to resource for top talent and industry insights

Required
