Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of internal and external healthcare analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, custom dashboards, payer portals)

Manage platform governance: access roles, naming conventions, version control, release notes, and documentation standards

Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors for all analytics tools

Implement data validation processes to ensure accuracy in reports, dashboards, and healthcare quality metrics

Cross-check data from EMR systems, payer claims, and utilization files for completeness

Track, document, and resolve data defects with root-cause analysis and prevention steps

Create training materials, user guides, job aids, and video walkthroughs for healthcare providers and staff

Conduct live and virtual training sessions to drive adoption of analytics platforms and reporting tools

Promote best practices for data-driven decision-making in healthcare settings

Manage intake of analytics requests; translate into clear requirements, user stories, and project timelines

Coordinate dependencies with analysts, engineers, and department leads

Maintain meeting readiness with agendas, pre-reads, and documented action items

Maintain and update data dictionaries, metric definitions, SOPs, and healthcare analytics knowledge bases

Ensure documentation is searchable, accurate, and updated within 3 business days of changes

Act as the primary escalation point for platform and reporting issues

Track stakeholder satisfaction and incorporate feedback into improvements

Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and confidentiality across all analytics workflows
