They are seeking a Front Desk Team Member who will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing transactions efficiently.

Responsibilities
Greet every guest warmly and create a positive first impression
Process payments quickly and accurately using the POS system
Answer guest questions about products, services, and promotions
Recommend items and upsell when appropriate to enhance the guest experience
Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly and with professionalism, escalating to management when necessary
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
Assist in maintaining adequate stock levels of items needed for guest transactions (wristbands, tickets, merchandise, etc.)
Support other team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
Follow all cash handling and operational procedures
Participate in team meetings and training sessions as needed
Perform other duties as assigned by Leadership
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
Positive, friendly, and engaging personality with a focus on guest satisfaction
Able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with constant guest interaction
Strong multitasking abilities and willingness to assist in other areas as needed
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
Stand for long periods of time
Move about the facility, bend, and reach as needed
Lift and carry up to 30 lbs
Preferred
Some college preferred
Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience preferred
