Customer Service & Design Consultant
Entry Systems is a family-owned garage door and gate company serving Orange County since 1972, and they are seeking a Customer Experience & Design Advisor. In this role, you will combine customer service, scheduling, and design consulting to create excellent experiences for customers.

Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls, schedule service appointments, and process payments
Greet walk-in customers and provide product guidance in our Laguna Hills design center
Advise homeowners on garage door design options, both in-person and virtually
Accurately enter customer information with attention to detail
Maintain a positive, professional attitude with customers and coworkers
Stay current on product styles, design trends, and customer needs
Qualification
Required
Customer service or sales experience required (home design experience a plus)
Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
Excellent grammar, spelling, writing, and phone etiquette
Computer proficiency and ability to multi-task with accuracy
Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and a quick learner
Professional, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
References required
