Collaborative, optimistic, reliable
Knowledgeable in multiple trades
A Good Overall Knowledge Of All Trades (Plumbing, Carpentry, Tile, Electrical, Flooring)
Proper Equipment (knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks)
Troubleshooting Skills (ability to examine a problem situation and come up with a resolution)
Excellent Communication Skills (ability to communicate with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers, and Commercial Customers)
Presentable (Clean-Cut appearance, Good looking vehicle, Organized tools)
