Charlie Health is a rapidly growing organization dedicated to connecting individuals to life-saving behavioral health treatment. They are seeking a Creative Arts Facilitator to provide remote services, enhance programming, and support clients through various creative modalities.

Responsibilities

Provide remote, telehealth services to clients

Facilitate group sessions and build valuable connections with clients

Integrate a variety of modalities (yoga, art, dance, music) into treatment approach

Conduct group treatment

Work effectively in a team

Maintain availability in the evenings to meet client schedules

Required

Must be a certified or licensed creative arts facilitator (all disciplines are welcome to apply)

Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency

Experience working with a wide range of ages, including children, teens, young adults, and adults clients

Availability between 9 and 40 hours per week

Familiarity with and willingness to use cloud-based communication software—Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox–in addition to EMR and survey software on a daily basis
