Perform and manage technical work on water and wastewater system modeling and planning studies

Evaluate water system water quality

Plan water distribution and wastewater collection systems

Analyze historical demands/flows and prepare future demand/flow projections

Conduct pumping and storage capacity analyses

Engage in integrated water resource planning

Required

Requires a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering with an emphasis in Fluid Mechanics, Hydraulics, and/or Water Resources

Must possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in Water Distribution System Modeling, Wastewater Collection System Modeling, Master Planning, and preparation of reports

Experience and/or familiarity with Geographic Information System (GIS) technology and GIS software (i.e. ESRI ArcGIS)

Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience and/or familiarity with hydraulic modeling software such as: Water GEMS, SewerGEMS, WaterCAD, SewerCAD, InfoWater, InfoSewer, InfoWorks, EPA Net, EPA SWMM, PCSWMM, HEC-RAS, GIS
