Responsibilities
Oversee the construction and installation of large-scale commercial solar projects from start to finish
Ensure quality control, adherence to project timelines, and compliance with industry standards
Lead and coordinate subcontractors, crew members, and suppliers to keep projects on track
Conduct safety meetings and enforce strict safety protocols to ensure a zero-incident job site
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to problem-solve and optimize site operations
Maintain daily reports, track progress, and communicate updates with leadership
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in solar, electrical, or commercial construction supervision
3+ years of people leadership in commercial construction
Ability to provide positive and constructive feedback to enable growth and development
Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, racking, foundations, and electrical infrastructure
Proven ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and drive projects to completion
OSHA 30 certification or higher
Attention to detail
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings
Willingness to travel to anywhere in the United States to project sites as needed
