Responsibilities

Define and deliver on the MassMutual Worksite Strategy and value proposition for Voluntary products including Group Whole life and Supplemental Health

Build compelling products to help our advisors package and offer innovative solutions to their clients as part of their overall employee benefit offerings

Partner internally and externally with key constituencies including distribution, underwriting, corporate finance/actuarial and marketing to position and deliver high value solutions

Maintain a strong understanding of competitor and industry trends as well as distribution relationships

Present and make recommendations to senior leadership, distribution and key distribution relationships on a regular basis

Required

Current knowledge of the Worksite/voluntary benefits plan industry, competitors, products and services

10+ years of experience in product management/development

Experience in marketing and distribution of worksite/voluntary and supplemental health benefits

Some travel required (approximately 25%)
