Responsibilities

Consolidate and manage financial submissions to HQ reporting system (GSMS)

Prepare reports of financial results on time & accurately

Prepare Monthly Reporting Pack for Senior Management

Prepare HQ reporting package with commentary on variances

Prepare Quarterly KPMG Audit analysis

Provide support to help Manager and VP manage the Americas Region Forecasting processes to ensure alignment with Plan in terms of sales and profit

Prepare Monthly Risk and Opportunities analysis for Exec Mgmt

Perform analytical review for the total Region forecasts and work with FP&A teams to understand variance drivers and R&Os

Help prepare presentation decks for Plan and LE review meetings

Partner with cross functional teams and be a key member of region initiatives and projects

Help identify and continuously drive process improvement and standardization

Other projects as requested by management

Work with IT closely to manage and perform testing for reporting systems including development and upgrade for Global or Local systems (SAP/BPC)
