Translate business requirements into intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly interfaces design
Create user personas and journey maps that reflect the unique needs and tasks of healthcare payor users

Required

Proficiency in UI/UX design tools
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices
Experience with designing complex workflows and data-driven interfaces
Create user personas and journey maps that reflect the unique needs and tasks of healthcare payor users
Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and responsive design principles
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and HIPAA regulations
Experience designing applications for specific healthcare payor functions (e.g., claims processing flow, Utilization Management and Care Management Flow)
