Mid LevelCourser is a partnership platform that helps technology service companies identify and take the next step in growth. They are seeking a detail-driven and proactive Data and BI Analyst to maintain and evolve their business intelligence infrastructure, focusing on standardizing analytics and dashboards for newly acquired businesses.

Responsibilities
Maintain and administer PowerBI, Brightgauge, and other analytics platforms to ensure uptime, accuracy, and performance
Build and standardize real-time KPI dashboards for service delivery teams, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization
Maintain and enhance the logic and data models developed by previous BI contractors, including: Financial BI package, Success metrics dashboards, Weekly 'Are We Winning?' dashboards
Anticipate and support the analytical needs of new partners joining Courser, ensuring they have access to relevant insights and tools
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of data modeling, dashboard design, and KPI standardization
Ability to learn new tools quickly and adapt to evolving business needs
Proactive mindset with a desire to understand the 'why' behind the data
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
Preferred
Experience with BI tools (PowerBI and Brightgauge as plus)
