Responsibilities
Help travelers plan and book personalized trips, including flights, hotels, cruises, and excursions
Maintain communication before, during, and after travel to ensure client satisfaction
Keep up with industry trends, top destinations, and travel deals to offer expert recommendations
Handle all reservations and logistics accurately and efficiently
Address client challenges before or during travel with proactive solutions
Qualification
Required
Passion for travel and helping others explore the world
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet, computer or smartphone, and a dedicated workspace
Must be 18+
Preferred
Sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
