The role involves monitoring the central telemetry station and providing clerical support to nursing staff, aiming to enhance patient care and reduce the nurses' workload.

Responsibilities
Monitor the central telemetry station and document arrhythmias according to the policy
Provide clerical and receptionist duties to the nursing unit
Be courteous to our customers, which include our patients, visitors, physicians, volunteers and fellow employees
Introducing self by name and job title when speaking in person or by telephone to patients, their families and others
Demonstration of honesty, discretion in conduct, and confidentiality in conversation in all of work environment
Follow standards of conduct and procedures of hospital and applicable laws and regulations and report violations through appropriate chain of command
Report safety concerns and hazardous conditions in a timely and appropriate manner
