Deliver one-on-one and team coaching to leaders navigating transformation
Assess leadership development needs and design targeted development plans
Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions that enhance trust, resilience, and agility
Provide actionable insights to senior leaders to improve team effectiveness
Partner with change leads and HR stakeholders to align coaching with broader change and culture goals
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in executive coaching, leadership development, or OD consulting
Demonstrated success coaching in environments undergoing enterprise change
Experience supporting newly formed leadership teams
Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills
Preferred
Prosci Change Management Certification
ICF certification or equivalent
