Create customized itineraries including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and excursions
Listen to client needs, provide expert recommendations, and ensure seamless travel experiences
Keep up with the latest travel trends, promotions, and destinations
Accurately handle bookings and confirm details with clients
Address and resolve any travel issues before or during the trip
Qualification
Required
Passion for travel and helping others explore the world
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Must be 18+ with reliable internet and a computer or smartphone
Preferred
Prior sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
