Consumer Services
Responsibilities
Assist Clients with Bookings-
Reserve flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, and excursions based on client preferences and budget
Deliver Exceptional Service-
Answer questions, provide expert guidance, and support clients before, during, and after travel
Design Itineraries-
Create seamless travel plans tailored to each clients unique needs
Stay Up to Date-
Learn about new destinations, travel trends, and promotions to offer the best recommendations
Problem-Solve with Care-
Help resolve booking issues or travel challenges quickly and professionally
Qualification
Required
A passion for travel and helping others explore the world
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Basic computer skills and reliable internet access
Must be 18+ with a smartphone or computer
Preferred
Customer service or sales experience a plus (not required)
